TOWN OF NEWFANE INVITATIONTO BID ON CRUSHED GRAVEL AND DITCH STONE The Newfane Selectboard requests bids for the following: Crushed Gravel The gravel needs to be 1-1.25" crushed. Ditch Stone The stone needs to be 8" crushed. The gravel is to be delivered to the Town Garage in Williamsville on Depot Road (TH#2). as requested by the Road Foreman. Inspections of the gravel will be conducted by the Road Commissioner and the Road Foreman before the bid is awarded. Sealed bids plainly marked as "CRUSHED GRAVEL BID," or "DITCH STONE BID," will be received until 3:30 p.m. on Monday, April 15, 2024, at the Newfane Town Office. All bids will be opened at the Selectboard meeting on April 15th. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as is in the best interest of the Town of Newfane.
